Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All purchases are eligible for refund if requested within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has not been significantly accessed (e.g., not more than 50% of content consumed/downloaded), and no materials have been resold or shared.
- Requests must be submitted via email to info@digitalcolour.in with order ID and reason.
- Upon refund approval, access to the digital product will be revoked immediately.
- Cancelling a subscription/membership stops future billing, but does not automatically trigger a refund — refund eligibility is subject to above conditions.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7‑14 business days after approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse (resale, unauthorized sharing, violation of terms) or where the refund request comes after 14 days.
